- You will be part of the Rewards team, which builds & runs all the new cutting-edge capabilities & offerings to reward consumers - Identify & build alliance capabilities & enablers that will drive significant growth on rewards. These growth opportunities could span across new partner acquisition, volume of claims on rewards, optimizing for costs & consumer experience - Work closely with cross functional teams (Business, Product, Engineering, Marketing, CX) to pilot, build & scale such capabilities in a sustainable manner. Own, set-up and track output metrics for each project (Adoption, Claims, ROI) - Research market trends, customer needs / segments to develop key insights & growth opportunities - work closely with Marketing & Analytics teams. - Own customer experience for the business - Rewards relevance, affordability, adoption. - Creating reward playbooks, adopting best brand practices etc. Requirements : - A deep understanding of the industry's opportunities & modules of operations - Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans. - Strong negotiation, analytical and financial modelling skills.
