Job Summary:
- Drive customer acquisition through on-ground activations, events, and direct interactions in housing societies and corporate environments. The role involves conducting demos, generating leads, closing onsite sales, and building strong visibility for the brand at community and workplace level.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
- Build strong relationships with B2B partners while ensuring effective B2C conversion through digital channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive brand visibility and patient engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches.
- Prepare reports and forecasts on sales performance and key metrics.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B/B2B2C medical or health-tech sales.
- Prior experience in medical or health-tech sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
