Manager - Partnership - Venture Capital Fund

Description: We are currently hiring for a Manager Partnerships role with a leading Venture Capital fund based out of Bangalore. This is a high-impact role that involves working closely with Limited Partners (LPs) and senior leadership, managing key investor relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Limited Partners (LPs), managing ongoing communication and relationship engagement

- Drive investor communication and reporting, including preparation and dissemination of fund updates, performance reports, and key insights

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (investment, finance, leadership) to ensure timely and accurate information flow

- Support fundraising and partnership initiatives, including investor outreach and engagement

- Manage end-to-end stakeholder coordination, ensuring high responsiveness and strong relationship management

- Maintain structured processes, documentation, and tracking mechanisms for all LP-related activities

Candidate Profile:

- 4 - 8 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or related domains

- Prior experience in managing senior stakeholders / clients / investors is essential

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-profile stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail and execution rigor

- High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
