They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join their team and drive our Learning and Development initiatives for their India Offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development strategies, training needs analysis, and program execution to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. Key Responsibilities : - Assist in conceptualizing and designing OD interventions to uphold a high-performance culture within the firm. - Conduct both internal and external research and analysis, engage with stakeholders, and formulate proposals for implementing relevant OD practices. - Provide support for change management initiatives to ensure the effective adoption of OD interventions, including educating and communicating with staff. - Oversee the execution of all operational aspects, including the performance management process, goal setting, etc. - Research emerging trends and adapt them to the organization to ensure that our people practices and offerings remain relevant to evolving needs. - Monitor the progress of all OD initiatives by gathering data, synthesizing results, reporting on trends, and suggesting actions. What You'll Need : - 5 years of experience in organization development. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. - Strong sense of accountability, along with excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and teamwork skills. - Proficiency in communication and a sharp, critical-thinking mindset are essential.
