The role is based out of Bangalore Whitefield office. - Ability to drive change and Implement a Change Management Plan. - Ability to communicate change across various levels in the organization. - Formulate a Change Management Plan, Training Plan - Implement Change across the organization across multiple geographies. - Work with Project Manager to drive Change. - PMP certified and good Change Management experience in Projects relating to Cost Center/Cost Hierarchy - Documenting measures and metrics of changes that are able to be monitored throughout the change lifecycle - Leadership development & assessment - Organisation effectiveness & development - Organisation diagnostic and transformation planning. - Strong skills in managing conflicts and mediating to resolution - Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills - Should be an effective team player - Assertive in communication, excellent communication skills and presentation skills Has developed/supported in business development in the past with MNC, Indian business and Owner managed organisations preferably in the Change management space - consulting or products This will be a 6 months role on contract with contract getting renewed every 6 months.
