Job Title: Manager - Organisation Development

Job Overview:
Company is seeking an experienced Manager to join its Organisation Development (OD) team and drive the end-to-end management of key people processes such as performance management, new hire assimilation, leadership development and other talent management practices. The role will be responsible for driving the annual performance management lifecycle, ensuring strong process governance, operational excellence, system effectiveness, and stakeholder adoption across the organization.
The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in the functional, operational, and technology aspects of performance management. This includes managing PMS configurations and workflows, coordinating goal setting and review cycles, enabling calibration discussions, maintaining data accuracy, resolving system and process issues, and generating actionable insights for leadership.
Working closely with the Organisation Development team, business leaders, extended HR team, employees, and technology partners, the Manager will independently drive key talent management initiatives and help strengthen a consistent, transparent, and high-performance culture across Everest Group.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director - Organisation Development to plan, govern, and execute the annual talent management and performance management agenda in alignment with organizational priorities and timelines
- Lead implementation of key talent management initiatives (such as coaching, OD sessions, leadership programs, talent reviews, onboarding and new hire assimilation) in partnership with senior leaders, managers, HR business partners, and employees to facilitate adoption, address process queries, and ensure consistent application of talent management initiatives
- Own and drive the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) lifecycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end assessments, calibration, performance ratings, and closure activities
- Lead the functional and operational management of the digital PMS platform, including process design review, workflow configuration, user access, templates, forms, notifications, and system readiness and effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal technology teams and external platform partners to manage system enhancements, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Strengthen organizational capabilities by developing and delivering user guides, manager toolkits, training sessions, FAQs, and communication material to improve the overall employee and manager experience
- Analyze talent metrics and PMS data to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement
Required skills and experience:
- 7 - 12 years of relevant experience in Organisation Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, or a related HR function.
- Strong hands-on experience managing and driving enterprise-wide Performance Management Systems and annual performance cycles.
- In-depth understanding of leadership development and PMS processes, including goal setting, competency assessment, reviews, ratings, calibration, performance differentiation, and development planning.
- Proven project management capability, with experience driving cross-functional HR initiatives involving senior leadership and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to generate actionable insights and support leadership decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across levels and functions.
- High attention to detail, process orientation, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within defined timelines.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA from a recognized institution is mandatory
