Key Responsibilities:
O2C Governance & Process Excellence:
- Own end-to-end O2C processes: Order Management, Allocation, Delivery, Credit, Backorders, and SLA governance
- Develop and manage O2C rulebook ensuring standardization across functions
- Drive compliance, exception governance, and process discipline
- Ensure alignment with SAP/S4HANA systems
Customer Experience & Service Excellence:
- Lead NPS/VoC (Voice of Customer) programs and customer insight initiatives
- Drive structured insight-to-action programs to improve OTIF, TAT, CSAT
- Identify root causes of service gaps and implement corrective actions
Digital Supply Chain & Transformation:
- Act as product owner for O2C-related service workflows
- Drive integration across ERP/OMS/TMS/WMS platforms
- Implement digital initiatives such as ePOD, ASN, proactive ETA alerts, and exception management
- Leverage last-mile delivery platforms (FarEye, Shipsy, Locus, etc.)
Delivery & SLA Governance:
- Define and govern dispatch logic, routing models, and plant allocation frameworks
- Standardize SLA definitions and ensure adherence across regions
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement
Data, Analytics & Change Management:
- Build KPI frameworks and dashboards for O2C performance tracking
- Enable data-driven decision-making using analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Lead UAT, change management, and cross-functional transformation initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- MBA/MS in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related discipline
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma / PMP / ITIL / CCXP preferred
- 8-14 years of experience in O2C / Order Management / Supply Chain Service Excellence
- Strong expertise in SAP S4HANA O2C processes (Order - ATP - Delivery - Invoice)
- Proven experience in O2C governance, CX transformation, and digital supply chain initiatives
- Exposure to ERP/OMS/TMS/WMS integrations and last-mile delivery platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
