- We are looking to hire a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager from the US Healthcare process.

- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing large-scale teams (100+ members) and should be well-versed in driving process excellence, performance management, and client satisfaction

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the US Healthcare process

- Oversee a team of 100+ associates, ensuring productivity and quality benchmarks are met.

- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and employee engagement

Coordinate with clients, ensuring SLA adherence and smooth communication.. Manage escalations, performance reviews, and training initiatives

- Proven experience in US Healthcare operations (AR, Denial Management, Billing, or Coding)

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
