Key Responsibilities:

- Managing Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations

- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including warehouse management, supply chain processes, and logistics, ensuring pick-up and delivery as per SOPs/SLAs.

- Regularly review and evaluate the performance of 3PL warehousing and logistics partners.

- Handling Returns and Claims

- Manage and streamline returns processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of returned goods.

- Maintain proper documentation for claims processing and escalate unresolved cases for faster resolution.

- Process Optimization and Reporting

- Enforce and implement workflows, SOPs, and TAT for order fulfilment with minimal deviations.

- Supervise warehouse operations, including layout and storage systems for efficiency.

- Ensure seamless integration between WMS, OMS, ERP, and e-commerce platforms for end-to-end visibility.

- Analyse operational KPIs (e.g., fulfilment time, return rates) and drive continuous improvement.

- Prepare operational reports covering metrics such as order fulfilment rate and claims resolution rate.

- Ensuring Compliance

- Maintain accurate documentation for warehouse operations and inbound/outbound stock movements.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and complete audits on time.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, including warehouse management and working with 3PL logistics providers.

- Experience in fashion-related categories preferred.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehousing tools/technologies such as WMS and OMS.

- Proven expertise in managing marketplace claims.

- In-depth understanding of key compliances related to warehouse management, including labour laws.
