Manager - Operations - Supply Chain - Wellness

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Processing orders and coordinating with warehouse for order fulfilment.

- Managing logistics and coordinating with courier partners.

- Managing inventory and ensuring stock availability.

- Generating MIS reports related to logistics, inventory, orders and other operations.

- Processing B2B orders and coordinating with logistics.

- Interacting with customers and addressing their queries and concerns related to logistics.

- Keep inventories up to date by recording daily shipments and deliveries

- Reconciliation of invoices relating to operations and logistics.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an E-commerce environment with product listing and inventory management is essential.

- Ability to analyse data and generate MIS reports.

- MS Excel - VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc. (formulas and commands)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.

- Prior experience in teamwork and leadership.

- Prior experience with e-commerce platforms is a must with at least 2-3 year of experience.

- The individual should be self-motivated and maintain a high level of task fulfilment.
