Manager - Operations Strategy - Real Estate

Job Description:

- A major part of the role will be to understand the current processes around Operations Value Chain and identify areas of improvement with a view to simplify, increase efficiency & productivity.

- Co-ordination with all departments of Operations Value Chain, namely, Design, Liaison, DCO, Procurement, Construction Management, Audit & also other related depts. such as HPM, Finance, Accounts, etc., as required.

- Innovation in development to support improvements in quality and time

- Drive & work with all COOs / PDs, HODs of various Dept. & peers in a collaborative manner to ensure effectiveness of Change Management process that we wish to implement.

- Regular On-site visits to understand the any challenges of current processes or during implementation of new processes.

- Review & amend relevant Corporate Policies related to Operations as per requirement.

- Act as a facilitator to resolve certain key bottlenecks related to Operations in order to ensure our corporate goals are not compromised.

Skills:

- Strong communication and coordination skills, Stakeholder management, Good experience & knowledge about Real Estate Industry.

Qualification and other requirements:

- Graduate in Engineering and Masters in Project Management.

Practice and Other Requirements:

- Experience in leading PMC / Consulting companies / Strategy Dept.

- Should have relevant experience in PMC type roles and/or in Strategy Dept. / Strategic roles with Eminent Developers

- Should have led operations effectiveness initiatives around faster construction / lower cost through technology or process, implementation of systems / processes
