Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound B2B MICE inquiries from across the country.
- Maintain detailed operational records, including query logs and conversion data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on account retention and business growth.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues and challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with UK and European ground handlers.
- Negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services for clients.
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MICE operations within the travel trade industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Pleasant and confident phone manner.
