Job Overview:

We are hiring a high-performing Manager Operations to manage multiple levels of teams including KAMs, TLs, and Assistant Managers.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational success and seller growth on a large e commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the KAM team including team leads and AMs

- Create and implement strategies to boost sales and seller performance

- Drive revenue growth through process optimization and structured planning

- Analyze seller and team performance metrics using Excel

- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments for escalations

- Conduct coaching, reviews, and structured performance tracking

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in KAM

- 1+ year experience as Manager Operations

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English No MTI (Mandatory)

- Excellent Excel and reporting capabilities

- Ability to lead large teams and influence through data

- E-commerce experience preferred
