Roles & Responsibilities : - Telephone inquiry - Monitors the compliance of the audit reports and CSI. - Evaluation & Training - Trains staff about the product and maintenance of service standards. Ensures that the refresher training is imparted regularly and compliance with training standards exists. - Quarterly staff evaluation on the job description. - Evaluates the quality and appropriateness of customer service, including documentation, and make appropriate changes in the system and processes of the department. - Customer Service Ensures that the prescription policy is started when the outstanding amount of patients' bill crosses the limit of Rs 25,000/-. In cases where the billing i/c is absent, or during his/her off-duty hours. - Ensures that the patients who are advised for their multiple consultations post their consultation are followed up and counseled. The report for the same is forwarded to the management at the end of the month. - Constantly strive towards innovation in terms of service and product. - Escalating the major complaints of the patients to the top management. - Works closely with the Director-Operations/Medical Director/CEO/VC & MD to ensure a smooth process resulting in total customer satisfaction. - Ensures customer-friendly service is promoted through role modeling.
