Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in garment manufacturing operations.

- Strong knowledge of garment production processes and compliance standards.

- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Tally.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
