Description:
- The Manager - Operation Excellence is a pivotal role focused on executing Business Head's strategic vision through robust coordination, structured follow-ups, and high-quality operational oversight. This role will act as a bridge between Leadership team and the vertical heads, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and governance of critical workstreams. The incumbent will also assist Business Head directly by providing decision-enabling inputs, strategic dashboards, and by driving the rhythm of business.
- This position requires operational maturity, agility, and a deep commitment to confidentiality, precision, and results.
- It is suited for someone who can function both as a strategic enabler and a tactical executor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Operations & Coordination
- Act as the operational anchor for Business Head & leadership team's directives across departments.
- Support Business Head in transforming strategic plans into actionable, measurable work streams for business excellence.
- Serve as the point-of-coordination between leadership and the vertical heads, ensuring seamless data and decision flow.
- Track execution of key priorities and ensure timely closures.
2. Performance Monitoring & Operational Excellence
- Ensure monthly MIS is received, analyzed, and synthesized into Review Dashboard periodically.
- Track, evaluate, and monitor performance across all business verticals - sales, operations, marketing, service, and support.
- Develop and manage Performance Dashboards and Business Review Trackers for analysis.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in business operations and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive a culture of performance accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Design and maintain WIP (Work-in-Progress) tracker for leadership, especially the top 15 priorities.
3. Execution Excellence:
- Structure leadership-level initiatives into milestones and drive accountability with functional leaders.
- Drive improvement projects and internal audits initiated by leadership team.
- Handle sensitive data and strategic initiatives with discretion and professionalism.
- SOP driven initiatives for business excellence.
