Job Title: Manager Operations (SBI Banking Process)

Location: Shivajinagar (EH), Bangalore

Experience Required: 6+ years

Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office

About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader Operations to lead our SBI Banking Process team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, driving team performance, and ensuring adherence to process quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage a team in a domestic contact center environment for the SBI Banking process.


- Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and drive productivity to meet business targets.


- Ensure compliance with banking and operational guidelines.


- Support and guide team members on process-related queries.


- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management.


- Manage escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements:


- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.


- 6+ years of overall experience with at least 1 year as a Team Leader in domestic contact centers (Banking process).


- Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds and basic banking processes.


- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.


- Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team to achieve goals.


- Flexible to work 6 days a week (1 rotational off).


- Immediate joiners preferred.


- Must be currently based in Bangalore.
