- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in operations,
finance, or shared services.
- Prior experience in capability centres, consulting, audit, or financial services preferred.
- Proven ability to manage teams, deliver projects, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on quality and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Capability Centre across Administration, finance, compliance, and support functions.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, internal controls, and quality standards.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability, discipline, and performance.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present operational insights to management.
- Partner with HR and leadership on talent acquisition, training, and staff engagement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide quick, sustainable solutions.
