
Summary: Accelon Consulting is a US-based Staffing Solutions provider. We deliver exceptional professionals through smart solutions including Talent as a Service and Talent on demand strategies-empowering organizations to innovate, scale, and lead in today's competitive landscape. We are seeking a Manager of Operations and Delivery to support our India clients. This is a WFH position, however, candidates based in Bangalore will be preferred.
This role will oversee end-to-end staffing operations, manage key client accounts, lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, and drive continuous improvement in hiring delivery, quality, and turnaround time. The role bridges clients, recruiters, and internal leadership to ensure consistent and scalable staffing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Manage and grow assigned IT staffing client accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on requirements, delivery status, SLAs, and escalations
- Ensure adherence to TATs, quality benchmarks, and client-specific hiring processes
- Support account expansion, repeat business, and contract renewals
Staffing Operations
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT roles (permanent / contract / C2H as applicable)
- Oversee Accelon's fulfillment process pertaining to sourcing, proper screening, submission quality, interview coordination, offer closures, onboarding, and ongoing management.
- Monitor recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and closure ratios
People Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters / account coordinators
- Handle hiring, onboarding, and on-going training of recruiters
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development
- Build a high-performance, target-driven recruitment culture
Process Improvement & Quality
- Define and improve staffing workflows, SOPs, and client playbooks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical talent acquisition processes.
- Build ongoing training programs. Provide mentorship and training to internal recruiters on technical terminology, industry-specific skills, and nuances of various technical roles.
- Improve metrics such as submission-to-interview ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer-to-join ratio
- Reduce dependency on reactive hiring through better forecasting and planning
- Stay informed about advancements and changes in the technical landscape, ensuring recruitment efforts align with evolving industry standards and requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert in technical recruitment, offering insights and recommendations to optimize the recruitment process and improve candidate quality.
- Ensuring the in-house applicant tracking system is always used diligently and kept up to date with accurate job and candidate data. In the case of using a client system, the same level of engagement is expected.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Share weekly/monthly reports on delivery, revenue support, team performance, and risks
- Support audits, compliance, and documentation as required

Required Skills & Experience
- 10 + years of core experience in Technical Talent acquisition / Recruitment
- 3+ years managing recruiting teams and handling direct client interactions
- Strong experience and understanding of IT skill sets, hiring models, and staffing metrics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Process Outsourcing / MSP's / Staffing in a fast-paced technology environment.
- In-depth understanding of delivery methodologies specifically relevant to outsourced talent acquisition in the technology space.
- Past experience as a recruiter conducting technical screenings, with the capacity to adeptly guide internal recruiters in sourcing top talent and comprehending the evolving technical stacks essential for enterprise/startup companies.
- Education Bachelor's Degree - B.Tech with MBA
