Operations Manager (Head Office- Support to Head of Ops)

Experience Range: 8-12 years

Preferred Age Bracket: 32-35 years

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:

This is more of a central ops role, working very closely with the Head of Operations.

Not an EA, but someone who acts like a right hand to the Head of Ops, coordinating across teams, bringing structure, and ensuring things move.

What the role involves:

- Working closely with Head of Ops on day-to-day operations and planning

- Coordinating with 6+ center heads / business units.

- Driving follow-ups, alignment, and execution across teams.

- Building and managing MIS, reports, dashboards.

- Helping with planning, modules, and process improvements.

- Acting as a central connector between different teams.

What we are looking for:

- Someone who has done a similar central ops / program management kind of role.

- Strong on coordination, structure, and follow-ups.

- Good with data, MIS, and reporting.

- Should be organized, sharp, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

- Again, maturity and sophistication is key -someone who can deal with senior. stakeholders.
