About the Role :

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize day-to-day operations for a leading organization in Singapore. The role involves managing teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth business execution across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, along with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational performance.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and logistics.

- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to meet organizational goals.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.

Requirements:

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.

- Open to relocating to Singapore.
