Manager - Operations

- Manager - Operations will oversee commercial operations for OPC Asset Solutions, a leading equipment leasing company with Rs. 32,000 Crore assets under management.

- The role involves managing end-to-end documentation and compliance processes, including preparation and execution of deal documents, coordination with customers, vendors, and financing partners, and ensuring seamless transaction execution.

- Key focus on revenue assurance through accurate invoice generation, GST compliance verification, monitoring purchase orders and sales invoices, and ensuring zero revenue leakage.

- The incumbent will prepare periodic MIS reports, track supplier invoices, verify debit notes and lease rentals as per customer agreements, and coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments.

- This position requires strong expertise in commercial operations, advanced MS Office proficiency, GST knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Reporting to General Manager - Operations, the role demands a results-driven professional with 5-7 years of experience in handling commercial operations, preferably in NBFC/leasing/financial services.

- MBA/CA/ICWA qualification required.

- The role offers an opportunity to work with a wholly owned subsidiary of CHG Meridian AG, Germany, operating across 30 countries.
