We are hiring on behalf of a top-tier, operationally intensive Indian unicorn that is looking for a sharp and analytical Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience.

You will be the architect of our operational processes, responsible for building scalable systems that enable the company to grow efficiently.

What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

- Process Excellence: Design, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

- Own the Metrics: Take ownership of key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and manage day-to-day operations to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Dive deep into operational data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

- Project Management: Lead critical, cross-functional projects, such as launching new service lines, expanding into new cities, or implementing new technology.

- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What We're Looking For (Your Qualifications):

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a related analytical field.

- Experience in a startup environment is a huge plus.

- Core Skills: Strong capabilities in Process Optimization, Data Analysis, Project Management, and Vendor Management.

- Analytical Horsepower: Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Proficiency in Excel is a must; SQL knowledge is a massive advantage.

- Problem-Solver: A "first-principles" thinker who can break down complex problems and build solutions from the ground up.

- Execution-Focused: A strong bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and hands-on environment.

- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
