Manager - OEM Supplier Sales - Industrial Products

- As an OEM Supplier Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary bridge between our organization and key original equipment manufacturers, driving strategic growth within the industrial supply ecosystem. Your day-to-day involves identifying high-potential OEM partners, negotiating complex supply contracts, and managing long-term relationships to ensure consistent revenue streams.

- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, supply chain, and engineering to align our offerings with client specifications. By effectively managing the sales lifecycle, you will directly influence our market penetration and ensure that our solutions become integral components in our partners' production cycles, ultimately driving sustainable business profitability.

Qualifications:

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, territory management, and account growth.

- Experience in customer relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling, preferably within HVAC, refrigeration, or related technical industries.

- Ability to understand and explain technical product features and solutions related to refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.

- Solid planning, analytical, and reporting skills, including the use of basic sales tools and Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proven experience in field sales or area territory management; prior exposure to B2B industrial sales is an advantage.

- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in sales or HVAC&R are beneficial.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and work on-site with customers as required.
