Job Description: Manager - New Projects & Initiatives

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a passionate and innovative Manager - New Projects & Initiatives to drive strategic growth as the company expands from the perfume space into the beauty and skincare industry.

- This individual will be responsible for identifying and executing new business initiatives, conducting competitive research, and providing valuable insights for long-term strategic planning in these new domains.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a creative mindset, and experience in the cosmetics industry or private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the identification, planning, and execution of new projects and business initiatives as the company diversifies into the beauty and skincare sectors.

- Conduct comprehensive research on the beauty, skincare, and perfume markets, competitors, and emerging trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis and competitive intelligence to enhance market positioning in the beauty and skincare space.

- Collaborate with internal teams across different functions to implement initiatives and monitor project progress.

- Support in the development and execution of long-term business strategies for product expansion, market penetration, and operational efficiency in beauty and skincare.

- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable format.

- Evaluate the impact of new initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, consumer behavior, and technological advancements relevant to beauty, skincare, and the fragrance market.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA from a reputable institution.

- 2-3 years of experience in strategy, planning, or project management, preferably in the cosmetics industry or private equity.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

- Proactive, out-of-the-box thinker with a keen eye for detail and strategic opportunities.

- Strong research capabilities and the ability to analyze industry trends, competition, and market gaps in beauty, skincare, and fragrance.

- Open to learning and adapting to new challenges in a dynamic industry.

Desirable Traits:

- Prior experience in the beauty and skincare industry or private equity firm is highly preferred.
