- Product Ideation & Development: Drive the end-to-end NPD process for various formats including Tablets, Powders, Effervescents, Melts, Gummies and Capsules.

- Contract Manufacturing Oversight: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with third-party manufacturers. Act as the primary technical point of contact for external partners.

- Formulation Management: Review, refine, and approve product formulations. Ensure all products align with the brand's efficacy standards and cost-of-goods (COGS) targets.

- Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all formulations and packaging labels comply with FSSAI and other relevant Indian regulatory standards.
