Description:

- 15-18 years, of which at least around 5 years in Technical Textiles Technical Product Developments

- Lead new product & process development aligned with customer needs (quality & cost)

- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

- Plan and execute R&D trials (lab pilot scale-up)

- Collaborate with business teams, customers, and research institutes

- Drive innovation, patents, and new concepts

- Develop and upgrade pilot plants, testing methods, and infrastructure

- Manage NPD team and cross-functional resources

- Own NPD strategy, budgets, and project execution
