Manager - New Business - FMCG

About the Role :

We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial professional to work directly with the Founder in building and scaling a fast-growing consumer business. This is a high-impact Founder's Office role that offers exposure across multiple business functions and provides an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with the Founder on strategic and operational initiatives.

Drive cross-functional projects across :

1. Marketing

2. Manufacturing

3. Sourcing & Procurement

4. Branding

5. Supply Chain & Logistics

6. Business Strategy

- Manage projects from ideation through execution.

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

- Support new product development and product launches.

- Evaluate opportunities for market expansion and business growth.

- Build new capabilities and improve existing business processes.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

- Take ownership of independent business initiatives as responsibilities grow.
