Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Finance professional to join our Mumbai office as a Manager of Finance, focusing on MIS Consolidation and Reporting. In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our financial data integrity, overseeing the end-to-end consolidation process and ensuring that complex financial information is distilled into actionable insights for senior leadership.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional department heads and regional finance teams to drive transparency and accuracy in our reporting cycles. By transforming raw data into strategic narratives, you will directly influence executive decision-making, optimize capital allocation, and ensure the organization remains agile in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process to ensure timely and accurate reporting for stakeholders across the organization.

- Design and maintain robust MIS dashboards that track key performance indicators, enabling management to monitor business health and operational efficiency.

- Spearhead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles by partnering with business units to align financial targets with long-term corporate objectives.

- Perform deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing clear explanations to leadership to facilitate corrective actions.

- Standardize financial reporting templates and streamline data collection processes to reduce manual intervention and improve the reliability of management information.

- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure all reporting practices adhere to statutory requirements and internal financial controls.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial consolidation and complex reporting frameworks, with a proven ability to manage large datasets in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel/ERP tools, coupled with the ability to translate technical financial data into clear, persuasive presentations for non-finance stakeholders.

- Exceptional analytical rigor and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, on-site work environment in Mumbai.

- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at the management level.

- A professional qualification such as CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA is preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial management.

- Proven track record of managing financial cycles with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience, showcasing a steady progression in responsibility and technical mastery.
