About the Company:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our MIS & Reporting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry with strong understanding of product costing, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
- Experience in handling banking and treasury functions is preferred.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheets, cash flow statements, and detailed product costing reports.
- Develop accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports to aid strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all financial data adheres to applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgets, working closely with all departments.
- Monitor financial performance by comparing actuals with budgets and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvements in budgeting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage Statutory and Internal audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit observations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure implementation of internal audit suggestions and monitor compliance with corporate - governance standards.
- Oversee Secretarial compliance and reporting as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Production, Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain to consolidate financial data and implement best business practices and SOPs.
- Drive financial process improvements and support business teams to optimize cost control and operational efficiency.
- Manage banking relationships, coordinate with bankers on compliance, credit facilities, and transaction monitoring.
- Oversee treasury functions including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and foreign exchange exposure where applicable.
- Ensure optimal utilization of funds and minimize financial risks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
- Proficient in ERP and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
- Advanced Excel and reporting tool skills to develop comprehensive dashboards and reports.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Sound knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and relevant statutory laws.
