Manager - MIS & Business Analytics

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented MIS & Data Analytics Lead to build, manage, and optimize data reporting frameworks across sales, operations, and business strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC), financial reporting, compliance analytics, dashboards, market research, forecasting, and data governance. This role demands strong business acumen, accuracy, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce (SFDC) & System Management:

- Manage Salesforce operations including inventory uploads, workflows, data hygiene, and user support.

- Ensure high-quality data for sales teams and leadership reviews.

- Coordinate with IT, SAP/Konnect/CRM teams for system upgrades, automation, and enhancements.

2. MIS, Reporting & Business Dashboards:

- Create, automate, and manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for sales, pre-sales, marketing, channel partners, and leadership teams.

- Develop KPI dashboards tracking lead ratios, conversions, business health, productivity, and compliance.

- Maintain 100% accuracy in data, reporting, and reconciliations.

3. Data Analytics & Insights:

- Perform deep-dive analysis on sales performance, market trends, productivity patterns, profitability, and customer metrics.

- Highlight insights, risks, red flags, variance drivers, and business opportunities.

- Support leadership in strategic planning and review meetings.

4. Compliance Tracking & Audit Coordination:

- Build and publish compliance dashboards for sales and operational processes.

- Track critical compliance metrics (CIF filling, revisits, channel partner tagging, lead source accuracy, etc.) in real time.

- Liaison with auditors and internal teams to ensure 100% data accuracy and audit readiness.

5. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

- Conduct market analysis through IGR, Liasesforas, and other data sources.

- Provide insights for pricing, new project evaluation, and competitive benchmarking.

- Conduct site visits to validate on-ground data, gather market intelligence, and ensure alignment with reporting.

6. Financial & Pricing Analytics:

- Prepare cost sheets, pricing models, rate comparisons, and NPV calculations.

- Support new project feasibility studies with financial and market data.

7. Business Planning Support:

- Prepare structured trackers for launches, campaigns, events, and channel partner programs.

- Consolidate data from multiple sources to create unified business health summaries.

8. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, projects, finance, and operations teams to meet data needs.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve data gaps, streamline processes, and improve reporting.

Requirements:

- 610 years of experience in MIS, Sales Analytics, Business Reporting, or Strategy Analytics.

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC), and data modelling.

- Strong business and financial acumen.

- Ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy and governance discipline.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in real estate, retail, BFSI, or any sales-driven analytics environment is an advantage.
