About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic professionals to drive domestic B2B sales across our key product lines:

- Brass & Bronze Ingots

- Brass & Bronze Rods/Bars (Extrusions)

- Brass Sheets / Coils

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a market-leading brand known for quality, reliability, and deep industry expertise.

Position: AM/Manager Domestic Metals Sales (Brass / Bronze Products)

Experience: 5-12 years in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in metals / non-ferrous metals / industrial manufacturing

Location: Jaipur

Reporting To: Sales Head / Senior Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and grow sales of Brass & Bronze Ingots, Rods/Bars, and Sheets/Coils in domestic markets

-Develop new business opportunities in untapped regions and industrial segments

-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

-Negotiate commercial terms and close orders

-Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing intelligence

-Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries

-Prepare sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and customer-wise action plans

-Represent the product line at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings

-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

-Generate regular MIS/sales reports and market feedback for management

What Were Looking For:

-5-12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in metals / industrial rods, bars, ingots, or sheets

-Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets

-Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities

-Excellent communication and relationship management skills

-Self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented
