2. Financial Analysis : Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and analysis of target companies.

3. Due Diligence : Support due diligence process, reviewing financials, and identifying potential risks.

4. Deal Execution : Assist in preparing pitch books, presentations, and other deal-related materials.

5. Integration Planning : Support post-merger integration planning and execution.
