Role - Requirement :
- A 18 + years experienced MEP Design leader to build, lead & scale an independent MEP Design Department within our fast-growing environment.
- Good experience in the execution of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC & filtration systems | Coordinated with vendors, verified BOQs / bills, ensured progress, testing, commissioning & as-built drawings.
- To develop project schedules, assisting design team, distribution system & layout of various MEP equipment to be commissioned in the project.
- To review and approve design and detailed drawings, equipment selections, calculations & technical specifications.
- To lead & collaborate with other disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Plumbing, FPS, Architectural, Civil & Structural) to ensure coordinated MEP designs.
- To manage design timelines, deliverables & ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- To liaise with clients, consultants & contractors to understand project requirements and provide design leadership.
- To provide technical support to the site team during execution, testing & commissioning phases.
- Excellent - communication (written & Oral), analytical & organizational skills.
