- Preference: Tech clients (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Hands-on expertise with media platforms (e.g., Basis, Nexelus), project management tools (e.g., Asana), and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive seamless media execution across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and building workflows across multiple teams and campaigns.
- Sharp attention to detail, commercial awareness, and a solutions-first mindset to deliver results under pressure.
- Strong presentation, prioritization, and upward management skills with the ability to engage both clients and senior leadership.
- A challenger mindset - constantly pushing for better performance, clarity, and strategic alignment in media operations.
