Key Responsibilities:

- Marketplace Management: Oversee and optimize our brand's presence, performance, and catalog on major e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, and Zepto.

- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement aggressive strategies to scale revenue, improve product rankings, enhance search visibility, and maximize overall brand presence and conversion rates across all assigned platforms.

- Budget Handling: Strategically manage and allocate a significant budget for marketplace advertising, sponsored listings, promotions, and campaigns across various platforms, ensuring high Return on Investment (ROI).

- Inventory & Pricing: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Supply Chain) to manage product listings, optimize pricing strategies, ensure accurate inventory levels, and streamline fulfillment processes for all marketplace and quick commerce channels.

- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and customer feedback to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives, promotional calendars, and new product launches on marketplaces.

- Scaling Startups: Utilize prior experience and proven methodologies in scaling startups, especially within the competitive beauty and personal care industry, to drive exponential revenue and market share growth.

- Platform Relationships: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with account managers and contacts on various platforms to leverage new opportunities, beta features, promotional calendars, and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on managing sales and strategy across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of the beauty and personal care sector and the specific nuances of selling these products online.

- Proven ability to effectively handle and allocate large budgets for online advertising and promotional activities, demonstrating a clear track record of achieving strong ROI.

- Experience in scaling startups and driving rapid growth in a highly competitive market environment.

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership abilities, capable of setting direction, driving execution, and influencing stakeholders.

Location: Jaipur.

Desired Skills (Plus Points):

- Experience with specific marketplace advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).

- Experience with e-commerce analytics tools beyond basic platform reporting.

- Familiarity with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategies outside of marketplaces.

- Experience managing teams.
