Social Media Marketing Manager (B2C)

Role & Responsibilities:
You will lead Kazams B2C marketing engine end-to-end: brand, content, categor education, community, and on-ground activation. You will work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a role for someone who wants to build from scratch, shape a category, and influence
the experience of millions of EV users in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Leadership & Strategy: Build and scale Kazams B2C brand with a narrative that cuts across 2W, 3W, 4W riders, drivers, homeowners, and urban professionals.
- Conceptualise and execute end-to-end brand and consumer campaigns across Instagram, WhatsApp, ATL, BTL, and on-ground activations.
- Lead consumer understanding exercises to shape new identify whitespace consumer segments and behavioural triggers that can unlock adoption and usage.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality social content, creator collaborations, product videos, and explainer assets. Manage agency partners, production partners, and internal creative resources.
- Manage, mentor, and scale the organic marketing team including social media and content creators.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally across tech, mobility, energy, fintech, or high-growth apps.
- Proven track record in leading brand campaigns, digital storytelling, and communication strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to turn business targets into creative strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing product, growth, and creative teams.
- Comfortable building from scratch and thriving in a high-ownership, high-velocity environment.
