Job Profile: Manager, Marketing
Sector: Industrial Parks / Real Estate / Construction
Reporting to: General Manager - Marketing
Key Responsibilities
Brand Communication
- Manage the creation of high-quality brochures, videos, presentations, and campaigns to reflect brand ethos and values.
- Work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure factual correctness, consistency in tone, messaging, and design.
Park Communication
- Develop compelling park-specific brochures, presentations, and videos that effectively highlight the features and benefits of each park.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to tailor communication for prospective tenants and partners.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute corporate events, including customer, partner events and park launch events, aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.
- Drive tenant engagement initiatives at the parks, ensuring impactful experiences and collect on-spot feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Industry Engagement
- Research and evaluate opportunities for participation in industry-leading events, exhibitions, and trade magazines to establish the organization as a thought leader in the sector.
- Ensure the company's presence at these events effectively showcases its offerings and strengthens its market position.
Park Branding
- Drive on-ground branding efforts across all parks to ensure a cohesive and professional brand image.
Other
- Keep identifying & growing the vendor base to ensure smooth execution of various assignments.
- Maintain detailed reports for all events, trade engagements, and marketing activities to gather insights for continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in marketing with a proven track record of managing brand communications and events.
- Education: Preferably a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities MANDATORY
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and familiarity with Canva would be an added advantage.
- Adept at coordinating with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
Note: This role will require regular travel to project sites and industry events.
