We have been retained by a Leading Telecom Service Provider to Hire - Manager Projects (Marketing) to be based at Mumbai.  Role Purpose :  i) Management of Strategic Initiatives: Responsible for internal coordination, delivery & rollout of large Marketing Initiatives. Every year Marketing would run 4-5 large nation-wide revenue generating initiatives, across Mobile and Fixed Line services  ii) Circle & Segment Alignment & Rollout: Ensuring clear communication between Corporate Marketing & Circles. Setting up, rolling out a governance mechanism with circles ensuring compliance to Marketing activities and monitoring on regular basis. Ensuring similar alignment with Segments and ensuring Marketing projects are driven through Segments (Global enterprise, National Corporate, SME, GOV) on similar basis.  iii) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Process Governance – Enhancing and continuously developing PLM processes and ensuring they are in sync with Group Enterprise processes. Ensuring full process documentation and ensuring compliance at all levels. Ensuring that all products are rolled out in accordance and that governance is followed within and outside Marketing.   Education : MBA-Tier 1 Institute with 4+ Years Experience and MBA-Tier 2 with 6+ Years Experience, Telecom experience in+ work experience in Product and Project Management, along with national product launches and rollouts   - Sound understanding of various telecom systems from a B2B perspective  - Execution skills and follow up skills  - Product & Project management  - Interpersonal and influencing skills.  Himanshu Joshi
