Manager - Marketing - Pharma Market

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our portfolio of automation, control, and compliance management products and solutions targeted at the pharmaceutical manufacturing and life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will blend domain knowledge of pharma regulations and operations with expertise in contemporary marketing technologies to drive brand positioning, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals to position the company as a leading provider of automation, control, and compliance solutions in the pharmaceutical sector.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.

- Align marketing initiatives with business objectives, sales goals, and product roadmaps.

- Brand & Product Marketing

- Craft compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to pharmaceutical stakeholders (CXOs, Plant Heads, QA/QC, Regulatory, IT).

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social media, print, events, etc.)

- Develop thought-leadership content (white papers, case studies, webinars, blogs) emphasizing compliance, regulatory alignment (21 CFR Part 11, GxP, Data Integrity), and operational efficiency.

- Manage product positioning, branding, and launch campaigns across multiple channels.

- Demand Generation & Digital Marketing

- Drive lead generation using digital channels including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, and industry portals. Manage the company's website and digital presence.

- Leverage marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.

- Plan and execute account-based marketing (ABM) for strategic pharma clients.

- Engagement & Events

- Organize and participate in pharma-focused trade shows, conferences, and virtual events.

- Build partnerships with industry associations, regulatory forums, and thought leaders.

- Support sales teams with targeted collateral, presentations, and customer engagement materials.

- Analytics & Reporting

- Track KPIs such as lead conversion, campaign ROI, and brand reach.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in pharma automation, industrial automation, compliance management, or life sciences technology solutions.

- Experience marketing SaaS, compliance platforms, or enterprise software to pharma or biotech organizations

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of pharma regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, cGMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity guidelines).

- Proven expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

- Experience in content-driven marketing, ABM, and B2B demand generation.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.

- Graphic design or content creation skills are a plus.
