Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage scalable marketing and GTM operations frameworks, including campaign planning and execution, reporting, and process optimization.
- Own and optimize marketing automation, CRM, marketing emails, forms, and landing pages, ensuring seamless integrations and data flow across the GTM tech stack.
- Implement and maintain lead lifecycle processes, including scoring, routing, segmentation, enrichment, and data governance best practices.
- Build repeatable, AI-driven systems and workflows to automate prospecting, outbound engagement, and other manual GTM tasks.
- Source, scrape, and analyze ICP and account intelligence data to support targeting, segmentation, and pipeline generation.
- Design and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate, validate, and implement new technologies and AI-driven process improvements.
- Conduct deep data analysis to uncover actionable insights, improve GTM performance, and drive continuous operational refinement.
- Partner with cross-functional GTM teams to enhance alignment, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent documentation and execution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, or other technical GTM roles.
- Proven ability to architect and manage integrated GTM systems, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, and outbound sales tools.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot); preferred experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Tableau Next.
- Experience with at least one sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce Sales Engagement, Outreach, Instantly) and integrating them into end-to-end workflows.
- Hands-on experience with automation and enrichment tools such as Clay, n8n, ZoomInfo, and related AI-driven GTM technologies.
- Preferred proficiency in SQL and a scripting language (Python or JavaScript), with experience in API integrations and data modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI technologies to enhance prospecting, workflow automation, and broader GTM operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams.
