Manager - Marketing/Market Research - Chemicals/Petrochemicals

About the Role:

Our esteemed client is an import and export player in Petrochemicals - Chemical Products. We have 2 positions for this role, 1 in Mumbai and another 1 in Kolkata.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop domestic and international markets for petrochemicals and industrial chemicals.

- Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Promote products to Paint, Plywood, Adhesive, Ink, Steel, Construction, Rubber, and Chemical industries.

- Identify new applications and market segments.

- Negotiate commercial terms and conclude business transactions.

- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams.

- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering + MBA (Marketing), or equivalent.

- Proven experience in petrochemical or industrial chemical marketing.

- Strong customer network within Paint, Plywood, Adhesive, Ink, Steel, and Construction sectors.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
