Manager - Marketing - Manufacturing

Position: Marketing Manager.

Qualification: MBA in Marketing with an Engineering background preferred.

Location: Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute structured marketing plans supporting business objectives and market expansion.

- Conduct research to identify target industries, customer needs, and competitors; analyse trends in automation, production technology, and equipment.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and communicate product USPs within technical and commercial contexts.

- Plan, launch, and evaluate integrated campaigns via trade shows, digital channels, and direct outreach to maximise lead generation and sales.

- Manage social media presence, online advertising, website content, and digital campaigns to reach key manufacturing stakeholders.

- Build strong professional relationships with clients, and industry partners to enhance satisfaction and retention.

- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI for ongoing campaigns.

- Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team for high performance; guide skill development in technical marketing and sales enablement.

- Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align marketing and business goals.

- Protect and enhance the companys brand through strategic PR, event participation, and thought leadership initiatives.

- Stay current on industry advancements, regulatory changes, and modern marketing practices to ensure ongoing relevance and innovation.

Qualifications:

- 12+ years experience in industrial or B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing, automation, or capital equipment.

- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, campaign management, and market research analysis.

- Proven leadership, analytical, and project management skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

- Technical acumen and market awareness in Indian manufacturing and machinery sectors.
