Overview
Are you a creative, strategic, and results-driven marketing professional ready to lead high-impact initiatives that shape consumer experience? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand visibility, events, promotions, and Public Relations (PR) efforts. This pivotal role will be responsible for creating compelling retail destinations, driving stronger footfall, enhancing the customer experience, and fostering deeper tenant engagement and sales growth within the mall ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive 360 marketing and brand strategies tailored to local market needs and overall business objectives.
- Events & Activations Leadership: Conceptualize, plan, and execute a diverse calendar of festive, seasonal, and engagement-focused mall events, promotions, and customer loyalty programs to maximize footfall and spending.
- Media & Communications Management: Manage all aspects of internal and external communications, including media relations, Public Relations (PR), digital marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Tenant & Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with mall tenants to align marketing efforts, support their sales, and drive participation in joint promotions. Deepen relationships with customers through effective segmentation and communication.
- Budget & Vendor Oversight: Oversee and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and strict adherence to financial targets. Manage all external marketing vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous analysis of all marketing activities, preparing detailed monthly marketing performance reports and insights on campaign ROI, footfall, sales conversions, and customer engagement metrics.
- Digital Presence: Drive the mall's digital strategy, including website management, social media engagement, and email marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA in Marketing is strongly preferred).
Experience: 5-10 years of progressive experience in a marketing role, with direct, Retail Marketing, Brand Management, or large-scale Events.
Core Competencies:
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills to inspire teams and drive innovative campaigns.
- Proven proficiency in project management (managing complex calendars, budgets, and vendors simultaneously).
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to translate data (footfall counts, sales data, social metrics) into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage agency and media contracts.
