We are hiring for an IT Services Company at Thane (Mumbai)
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of the marketing function within an IT Services organization. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital, brand, and demand-generation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be a proactive leader, with the ability to drive marketing strategies, generate value-based leads, and influence overall business growth.
Work Mode - WFO , (Hybrid in genuine case only).
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or masters degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, SEO/SEM/SMO, CRM, or analytics tools are desirable.
- AI Certification preferable
Experience:
- 12+ years of core experience in marketing with a minimum of 5+ years in IT Services or Tech-based B2B marketing.
- Proven track record in setting up or leading marketing functions in mid-sized or enterprise-level IT service firms.
- Should have made a visible impact on business outcomes through marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Sound experience in dealing with International Markets.
Industry & Domain Knowledge:
- Must have worked in or for organizations in the IT Services domain Microsoft Services, cloud, tailored made managed services, software development, consulting, etc.
- Should understand the shades of marketing complex IT solutions to CXOs, decision-makers, and enterprise buyers.
- Preference for candidates who have contributed to building brand presence or entering new markets in IT.
Leadership & Ownership:
- Demonstrated ownership of the marketing function end-to-end responsibility from strategy to execution. AI-driven Performance Optimization.
- Leadership capabilities to build, lead, and mentor small teams or cross-functional marketing contributors.
- Ability to work independently, drive strategic marketing goals, and represent marketing in executive meetings.
Strategic & Analytical Skills:
- Experience in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong focus on value-based lead generation, account-based marketing, and nurturing of sales-qualified leads.
- Hands-on in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Familiarity with marketing KPIs and ability to interpret data to optimize performance and ROI.
Functional Skills:
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels - SEO, SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, PR Campaigns , Webinars.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Skilled in brand positioning, messaging for IT services, and creating thought leadership content.
- Aligning marketing strategic plan collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams in line with pipeline and revenue objectives.
