An European MNC is hiring for a Marketing Manager to be based in Mumbai. The role holder will be responsible for Marketing of the Gifting, Rewards & Recognition portfolio(Premium Offering) . The role holder will also work on the positioning, consumer value proposition & activation for Product. The role holder will create and execute communication campaigns, build & strengthen the Product portfolio over a period of time and drive awareness & sales. The role holder will also work collaboratively with diversified teams to create & manage integrated marketing strategies as well as develop long-term strategic initiatives. The role holder is expected to be close to the market, understand the needs of the clients & consumers and design innovative plans to deliver on revenue objectives of the portfolio. Mission : Grow the gifting + R&R portfolio in India Experience : - One should have at least 2-4 years- experience in Marketing, which includes brand management - Experience in the B2B service industry in a marketing role would be an added advantage - One should be able to conceptualise solutions for the different segment needs that exist in the market - Significant analytical skills is a must - Should have good interpersonal skills and should be able to work with cross functional teams - Should have strong understanding of Digital Marketing Key Role & Responsibilities : - Achieve revenue targets for the product in India - Develop & execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for the product - Grow the adoption rate of the new Product among existing clients - Analyse needs of clients and design client-specific communication programs - Work with the sales & affiliate teams to drive business growth - Competition and market Analysis Generic Skills & Knowledge : a.
