Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive portfolio growth across multiple products
- Create strategies for pricing, promotions, product assortment, and market positioning
- Lead new product development, market launches, and consumer insight-based innovation
- Work and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams
- Manage equity programs including ATL advertising, media planning and management and digital programs.
- Develop and execute activation programs including designing/production of POSM, consumer promotions, E-com activities, sampling programs etc
- Creating briefs for packaging, creative, and digital
- Responsible for online shopper journey, pure player funnel management and content management
- Management of Schemes, Incentives and Consumer Promotions
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Impact on Key Stakeholders: Drive clear communication & execution with internal stakeholders (R&D, finance, Sales and Supply Chain), creative & media agency partners and other external stakeholders (activation vendors).
