Our Client is one of the strongest brands in the Bakery category, having a 25000 sq ft state-of-the-art centralized manufacturing facility with European equipment near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The founding team consists of a Master Baker from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, one of the finest culinary institutes in the world and an IIM-A alumni with a McKinsey background.

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead the marketing team in achieving brand aspirations

- Build and execute a clear and concise marketing roadmap

- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales and other departments

- Understanding requirements and delivering them as per requirements for both online and offline business verticals

- Working closely with external agencies and experts

- Gather consumer insights to identify personas, segmentations, and opportunities

- Develop specific campaigns to increase brand awareness and maintain high levels of customer engagement

- Manage and improve online content & promotion

- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies, ultimately with the aim to improve segment targeting

- Work closely with Category team to develop strategies & campaigns to forecast sales performance trends and increase awareness and market share, while balancing customer satisfaction

- Motivate marketing team to achieve goals

- Monitor competition and provide ideas to differentiate across platforms

- Develop the brand identity, its unique value proposition and presence over digital and offline channels

- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, digital advertising platforms and social media) to ensure brand consistency and effective conversions

- Effective tracking of ROAS and KPIs and management of budget/opex

- Stay up to date with marketing and digital technology developments

- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget

- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management

- Promoting our brand at customer exhibitions, trade shows and major industry-related events

Requirement -

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

- Education: MBA / PGDM

- FMCG Marketing experience preferred
