- Develop and own the annual brand calendar campaigns, launches, seasonal and topical content
- Work with the Creative Head and agencies to deliver consistent brand messaging and tonality
- Lead offline brand activations, event presence, and collaborate on packaging storytelling
- Oversee execution of PR initiatives through agency partners media coverage, storytelling opportunities
- Coordinate with the social media lead to align on brand campaigns and digital amplification
- Maintain competitive analysis and stay ahead of trends in the organic food space
- Regularly review brand health metrics: aided/unaided awareness, reach, sentiment, and share of voice
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of brand marketing experience in FMCG, wellness, or D2C foodbrands
- Demonstrated experience in executing both digital and offline campaigns
- Hands-on experience working with agencies PR, creative, packaging
- Excellent storytelling, campaign planning, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong grasp on Indian food culture, consumer behavior, and modern wellness trends
