Marketing Manager

Role Overview:


The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive demand, and support product launches. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making within a competitive consumer products landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for consumer durable products

- Lead product marketing initiatives including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy

- Manage digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, email, social, e-commerce optimization)

- Partner with sales and retail teams to support in-store and channel marketing initiatives

- Oversee product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity

- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI

- Manage creative development and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints

Qualifications

- MBA Marketing with 8 + years of marketing experience in FMCG / CD , or related industries

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle marketing and omnichannel strategies

- Experience with retail, e-commerce, and distributor marketing models

- Proficiency with analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
